Meat Ball Chowder With Red Kidney
3/4 pound ground pork
2 teaspoons dried mint leaves, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups water
1 envelope (2 to a package) onion soup mix
1 can (about 1 pound) stewed tomatoes
1 can (about 1 pound) red kid
1 Mix ground beef and pork with egg, mint leaves, salt and pepper in a bowl; shape into tiny balls.
