Sesame Tofu Meatballs

Ingredients
  Dry roasted sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Spicy soy sauce dip 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 Recipe)
  Cranberry orange dipping sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 Recipe)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Unsalted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
For meatball mixture
  Silken tofu 8 Ounce, well rinsed (Japanese Style, Or Regular Variety)
  Lean ground pork/Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Dry roasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Finely minced ginger root 2 Teaspoon (Fresh, 1 Heaping Teaspoon)
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, finely minced
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Japanese soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Medium Variety)
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground korean hot red pepper/1/2 teaspoon red pepper, cayenne 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Stir Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds into Spicy Soy Sauce Dip.
Prepare Meatball Mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot.
Add meatballs and fry 8 to 10 minutes, turning often to brown on all sides.
Drain well.
