|Ground beef||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Grated aged cheddar cheese||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Catsup||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Desiccated coconut||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cucumber sticks||30 (Thin Ones)|
Combine meat, cheese, catsup and pepper.
Shape mixture into about 30 meatballs.
Toss in coconut until well coated.
Place on greased baking pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Cut each cheese slice into 2 triangles.
Place 1 cheese slice and 1 cucumber stick together.
Secure through top and bottom with toothpick to form the mast and sail.
Attach to the meatball.
