Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground veal 1 Pound (Finely Ground)
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (Finely Ground)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (For Browning)
Directions

Be sure the veal and pork are thoroughly ground.
Mix well the meat, onion, flour, salt, and pepper.
Add the egg and milk a little at a time.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are absorbed into the meat.
Melt a little butter in a skillet.
Drop the meat mixture by tablespoons into hot fat, forming meatballs.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until browned on all sides.
