Delicious Cocktail Meatballs
|Beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Basil||1 Teaspoon (dried)|
1. Mix ingredients and shape into 40 small balls. Place 20 at a time in a 9-inch glass pie dish. Cover with wax paper.
2. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 2 to 3 minutes, turning once, until brown. Repeat with other half of recipe.
