Golden Nugget Meatballs

  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs/Soda cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheese pieces 5 (1 1/2-Inches Square X 14 -Inch Thick)
  Refrigerated flaky biscuits/Refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits 1 Can (10 oz) (Pillsbury Hungry Jack)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seed 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, catsup, salt, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt in mixing bowl.
Divide into 10 equal portions.
Flatten each to a 4-inch circle on waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Place a piece of cheese in center of 5 patties.
Place remaining 5 patties on top of cheese.
Pinch edges together well to seal in cheese.
Smooth edges to make 4-inch patties.
Open can; separate dough into 10 biscuits.
On ungreased cookie sheet pat 5 of the biscuits to make 5-inch circles.
Place a burger on top of each; moisten edges with milk.
Press out remaining biscuits to 5-inch circles.
Stretch over burger and seal to bottom crust.
Pinch together well to seal.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy seed or sesame seed.
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before eating
