Curried Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine ground lamb and garlic in medium mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape into 16 to 18 (1 -inch) lamb balls.
Place in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish.
Add onion and celery.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on medium for 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in 4-cup glass measure; mix well.
Set aside Drain and rearrange lamb balls; pour on sauce.
Recover and continue cooking on medium for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
