Barbecued Meatball And Vegetable Packets
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned cut green beans||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pizza sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine beef, onion, egg, catsup, beef bouillon granules and pepper.
Mix lightly and shape into 16 balls.
Grill meatballs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot briquets 15 to 20 minutes, turning often.
Tear off four 12-inch squares of heavy-duty foil.
Place 4 grilled meatballs in center of each piece.
Divide green beans, corn and mushrooms evenly among foil squares.
Spoon pizza sauce over vegetables.
Top with cheese.
Fold and seal foil edges tightly.
Grill packets over medium-hot coals 25 minutes, turning packets often.
