Cherry Tomato Meatballs

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (dried)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound, ground
  Cherry tomatoes 12
Directions

In mixing bowl combine beaten egg, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, salt, oregano, and pepper.
Add the ground beef and mix well.
Shape about 1/4 cup of meat mixture evenly around each cherry tomato to form round meatballs.
Place meatballs in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
