|Clams||8 Ounce, minced|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain clams; reserve liquor.
Add water to clam liquor to make 1 cup.
In saucepan, combine liquid, butter, poultry seasoning and salt.
Heat to boiling.
Add flour; cook until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in clams.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 10 minutes.
