Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Macaroni and cheese dinner mix 7 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sour cream sauce mix 2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of the oregano, garlic salt, and dash pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 24 meatballs.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni from dinner mix in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
Combine dry cheese mix from packaged dinner, sour cream sauce mix, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon oregano; beat in milk.
Stir in cooked macaroni.
Turn mixture into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.
Arrange meatballs atop.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° till heated through, 20 to 25 minutes.
