Mcbee Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
  Minute rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
  Hamburger/Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Onion 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice/2 cans tomato soup / 2 cans tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 cup water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup juice.
Shape into balls.
Mix soup and sugar.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
I always double recipe, using half juice and half soup.
It also works well to use half hamburger and half turkey.
Doubling the recipe will fill 1 standard size sheet cake pan.
