Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
  Meatballs 10
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Canned water chestnuts 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salad 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Meatballs: Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Combine with ground chuck, salt, onions and water chestnuts.
Make into meatballs or small loaves.
Brown in oven at 350°.
Glaze: While meatballs are in oven, combine all ingredients and pour over the browned meat.
Finish cooking serve over rice.
