Meatball Meal In One

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Dried basil 1 Dash, crushed
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Potato 1 Small, peeled and sliced
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape into 4 meatballs; set aside.
Combine potato and carrot in a 2 1/2-cup casserole; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In saucepan melt butter.
Stir in flour, the 1/8 teaspoon salt, and the dash pepper.
Add the 1/2 cup milk; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Pour over vegetables; top with meat balls.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with paprika
