Meatballs With Wine Sauce

  Ground beef chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon strip 4 , cut into small pieces
  Strong coffee 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Burgundy wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot)
Directions

Mix ground beef with remaining ingredients except flour and form into about 16 meatballs.
Dust with flour.
