Vegan "Meat" Balls

Vegan Meatballs are the new amazing food in the culinary world. Even those who don't refrain from eating animal products covet the tasty, meatless meatballs. Despite their rich and hearty appearance, the Vegan meatballs don't contain a speck of real meat. Try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
For meat balls
  Shredded veganrella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped finely
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped finely
  Walnut pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (for frying)
For vegan egg replacer
  Egg replacer 6 Teaspoon
  Water 8 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian seasoning To Taste
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grape gelly/Chili/spaghetti sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. FOR MAKING SAUCE
In a large bowl add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar and grape jelly. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
3. FOR MAKING MEAT BALLS
In a bowl, add shredded veganrella cheese, garlic, onion, walnuts, wheat germ, salt, sage, egg replacer and mix well to combine. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the balls until brown.

FINALIZING
4. Transfer the meat balls into a baking dish and pour over the sauce to cover the meat balls. Place in the oven at 350 Degree F for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve the Vegan Meat Balls with the potato salad, roasted peppers and onion.
