Wheat Germ Pork Balls
|Lean ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Regular wheat germ||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Kretschmer Brand)|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger root||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
Combine all ingredients.
Shape into 24 balls.
Place in a large, shallow baking pan.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
Cover and keep warm.
Add Wheat Germ Pork Balls, pea pods and spinach.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2/4 minutes or until pea pods are crisptender.
