Fried Meat Balls

Fried Meat Balls is north indian delicious dish. Specially great for holiday chrismas holi and festivals.
Ingredients
  Mince meat 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Fried chana 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Coconut 1⁄4
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying)
Directions

In a mixer grind the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, garam masala, coconut and the fried channa to a fine paste. Do not add water while grinding.

To this mixture add the meat and mix it well.

On medium heat add the meatballs in a non stick pan with some water. Leave it on till all the water dries up.

Fry the meat balls in oil on medium heat till golden brown. Serve hot.
