Pizza Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Seasoned bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce (1 Block)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pizza sauce 56 Ounce (Two 28 Ounce Jars)
Directions

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients just until mixed.
Shape into 48 small meatballs.
Cut mozzarella into 48 cubes, 1/2 in.each; push a cube into the center of each meatball, covering the cheese completely with meat.
Roll lightly in flour.
In a large skillet, cook the meatballs in oil until browned; drain.
Add pizza sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.
