Sweet Cocktail Meatballs

Sweet meatballs are perfect for serving on toothpicks at a party.
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Ketchup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chili sauce 6 Ounce
  Jellied cranberry sauce 2⁄3 Can (6.67 oz)
  Cornflakes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crushed
  Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried minced onions 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 2⁄3 Tablespoon

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2 In a large bowl, combine beef with dried minced onions.
3 Add in the crushed cornflakes and beaten egg along with ketchup and pepper.
4 Wet your palms slightly and mix the meat mixture well.
5 Prepare even sized balls with the mixture and arrange them in a dish side by side.
6 In a pan, add the jellied cranberry sauce along with chili sauce, dark brown sugar and lemon juice.
7 Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly until the cranberry sauce has melted.
8 Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs.
9 Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

10 Insert toothpicks in the meatballs and serve.
