Chicken Meat Balls
|Ground chicken||1 Pound|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Stuffing corn bread mix||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
Combine chicken, egg and stuffing mix.
Shape into 16 meat balls.
Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray and brown meat balls.
Reduce heat to low and add 1/4 cup water.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir a little cooking liquid into sour cream and then stir back into skillet.
Gently heat to serving temperature.
Add 2 to 4 more tablespoons water, if necessary.
