  Ground ham 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Corn flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoning salt 1 Pinch
  Mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Commercial)
  Apricot jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
Shape into 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls.
Transfer to a buttered roasting pan.
Lightly brown in oven 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend barbecue sauce and apricot jam.
Set aside.
Remove meatballs from oven.
Coat with sauce.
Continue cooking 5-10 minutes.
