Cocktail Meatballs are an amazingly tasty cocktail. They are a perfect way to start your parties! Try this Cocktail Meatballs recipe. Don€™t miss it.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Italian flavored dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Finely chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Grape jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium bowl, combine ground beef egg, bread crumbs, garlic, onion and seasonings.
Mix lightly.
Shape in 24 bite-size meatballs.
In 2-quart casserole, combine jelly, chili sauce and mustard.
Mix until well blended.
Add meatballs.
Cover with lid.
TO COOK BY IIMSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 7.
After time appears in display window, stir twice.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 6 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW 9 minutes.
Stir twice.
TO COMPLETE: Stir.
Let stand, uncovered, 3 minutes before serving.
