Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients
  Minced beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato soup 12 Ounce (1 Tin)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Wash the rice.
2. Mix meat, onion, rice, seasonings and egg, in a bowl.
3. Form into small balls, roll in flour.
4. Place in a frying pan and brown in fat, add the soup and water.
5. Cover and braise on top of range or in oven, adding water if needed.
