Pork Balls With Ginger
|Coarsely chopped water chestnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Finely chopped crystallized ginger||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Mix lightly all the ingredients except the cornstarch and peanut oil.
2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls and dust lightly with cornstarch.
3. Heat the peanut oil to 375° F. Deep-fry the pork balls until they are cooked through
