|Canned cream of celery soup/Cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cheddar cheese||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt; shape into 24 meatballs.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water, and parsley.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir often.
