  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned cream of celery soup/Cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cheddar cheese 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt; shape into 24 meatballs.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water, and parsley.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir often.
