Near East Meatballs has a great taste. Near East Meatballs gets its taste from beef mixed with vegetables and rice. Near East Meatballs is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, and salt.
Shape into 18 meatballs.
Brown meatballs and mushrooms in shortening.
Pour in soup and water; bring to a boil; stir in rice.
Cover; simmer gently 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir often.
Garnish with parsley.
