Appetizer Meatballs In Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground chuck/Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt/Pot garlic salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweet and sour sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stroganoff sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Teriyaki sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the meat, crumbs, milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Mix lightly to blend.
Shape the meat into balls about the size of large marbles.
Arrange on shallow baking pans.
Put into a 500° oven for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove and add to the prepared sauce; include any pan juices.
