Appetizer Meatballs In Sauce
|Ground chuck/Lean ground beef||2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt/Pot garlic salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sweet and sour sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stroganoff sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Teriyaki sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the meat, crumbs, milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Mix lightly to blend.
Shape the meat into balls about the size of large marbles.
Arrange on shallow baking pans.
Put into a 500° oven for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove and add to the prepared sauce; include any pan juices.
