Lean Meatballs

These Lean Meatballs are simple to make but very tasty. A compelling bake of ground beef and turkey, you'll simply love these meatballs with some really good savory sauces. Try these Lean Meatballs and let me know if you share my passion for them !
Ingredients
  White bread slice 3 , diced
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Egg whites 2 Large
  Grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated onion 3 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line 15 1/2 by 10 1/2" jelly roll pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine diced bread and 1/3 cup water.
With hand, mix until bread is evenly moistened.
Add ground beef and remaining ingredients.
With band, mix until well combined.
Shape meat mixture into twenty four 2 inch meatballs. (For easier shaping, use slightly wet hands.)
Place meatballs in jelly roll pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
