Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Seasoning salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine and blend thoroughly.
Shape into bite-sized meatballs; then roll in flour.
Brown in hot fat until well browned on all sides
