|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Ground beef||3 Pound|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add ground beef.
Shape into sixty 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Place on two 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes.
Drain on paper toweling.
Wrap in three 20-meatball packages.
Freeze up to six months.
