Make Ahead Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 5 Pound (2 Kilogram, Regular)
  Dry bread crumbs 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Salt 3 Teaspoon (15 Milliliter)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
Directions

Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture, about a spoonful at a time, into balls.
Place balls on a lightly oiled baking sheet; cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least 2 hours until meatballs are firm.
Remove frozen meatballs and divide into five equal portions (about 24 meatballs each); place in plastic freezer bags or freezer containers.
Cover tightly and freeze for up to six months.
