Make Ahead Meatballs
|Ground beef||5 Pound (2 Kilogram, Regular)|
|Dry bread crumbs||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Salt||3 Teaspoon (15 Milliliter)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture, about a spoonful at a time, into balls.
Place balls on a lightly oiled baking sheet; cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least 2 hours until meatballs are firm.
Remove frozen meatballs and divide into five equal portions (about 24 meatballs each); place in plastic freezer bags or freezer containers.
Cover tightly and freeze for up to six months.
