Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Lynn demonstrates how to make Sweet and Sour Meatballs. These are great to serve as an appetizer and would be great to serve at a tailgate or any get together with friends.

Ingredients

Lean ground beef 1 Pound
Fresh breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (soft)
Egg 1 , beaten
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Chili sauce 12 Ounce (1 bottle)
Sweet and sour sauce 12 Ounce (1 bottle)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line baking sheet with baking paper.

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and mix well until combined.

Shape into 40 evenly sized balls and place on baking sheet.

Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.

In a saucepan, combine chilli sauce, sweet and sour sauce and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.

Add cooked balls and simmer for another 10 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
