|Finely minced steak||8 Ounce|
|Plain flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Place all ingredients except butter in a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Heat butter in a heavy based frying pan or skillet and cook meatballs on barbecue over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Shake pan frequently to make sure meatballs are cooked on all sides.
