Cheesy Turkey Meatballs

Meatballs add fun to any dinner, and these ones have a melty and gooey cheddar center to make eating dinner even more exciting!
Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese sticks 4 , cubed
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING

  1. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture over damp hands and place a cheese cube. Make a ball.
  3. In an electric pan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through.

SERVING

  1. Serve with some dipping sauce.
