Cheesy Turkey Meatballs

Meatballs add fun to any dinner, and these ones have a melty and gooey cheddar center to make eating dinner even more exciting!

Ingredients

Ground turkey 1 Pound
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Cheddar cheese sticks 4 , cubed
Oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients thoroughly.

Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture over damp hands and place a cheese cube. Make a ball.

In an electric pan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through.

SERVING

Serve with some dipping sauce.
