Ingredients
  Frogs legs 6
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by skinning the legs and then washing them in cold water, make sure to dry them on a towel or napkin

MAKING
2.Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
3.Beat the egg and season it with salt and pepper
4.Now dip the legs into egg, then into dried bread crumbs
5.In a frying pan, fry the legs for 2-3 minutes
6.Use a wire frying basket if possible

SERVING
7.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
