Ingredients
  Quail 6
  Oysters 6 Large
  Bacon strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
  Butter/Other fat 1 Teaspoon (As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also dress, clean and stuff each bird with one large oyster
MAKING
3.Truss, season and dredge with flour
4.Lard breast and legs with strips of bacon
5.In a baking pan, place the breast and legs along with strips of bacon
6.Finally bake allowing 15 to 20 minutes for cooking
SERVING
7.Serve with peas, carrots, or tomatoes
