|Potatoes||6 Medium, diced|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Corned beef hash||1 Can (10 oz)|
Combine potatoes, hamburger and onion.
Fry in shortening until potatoes are tender.
Season to taste.
Add corned beef hash and mix well.
Place mixture in bakingpan; make holes in surfacewith bottom of glass or other similar object.
Break an egg in each hole.
Use as many as desired.
Cover and bake in 375 degree oven until eggs are set to desired consistency.
