Easy Baked Quail

Baked Quail is one of my most popular dished. I often prepare this delicious dish dinner parties as they fit in perfectly with any menu plan! Try this wonderful Baked Quail recipe!
Ingredients
  Quail 12
  Onion soup mix 1 Packet
  Bacon strip 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place birds on bottom of dutch oven or deep baking dish with lid.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of birds; salt and pepper to taste.
Place strips of bacon on top and cover with lid.
Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
