|Lambs brains||6 (Precooked)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cut brains in half, lengthwise.
Dredge in flour.
Saute brains and set aside.
Gradually add remaining ingredients to pan and blend thoroughly.
Continue to cook, stirring until thickened.
Return brains to pan, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
