Quick Wheat Germ Meat Loaves
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (soft)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
In bowl combine shredded carrots, sour cream, bread crumbs, wheat germ, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and dash pepper.
Add ground beef and ground pork; mix well.
Pat mixture into 16 muffin cups.
Or, shape into eight 4x2-inch loaves; place in shallow baking pan.
Bake loaves in 350Â° oven. (allow 20 minutes for muffin pan loaves; 35 minutes for small oblong loaves)
