|Beef kidney/Pork kidney||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced thin|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Sweet cider||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Saute kidneys for 2 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Saute onion in same pan.
Add kidney and remainder of ingredients to onion in pan.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
