Ingredients
  Minced ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cured pork 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bologna 1
  Salami 1
  Liver sausage/Braunschweiger 1
  Head cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jellied veal loaf 1
  Corned beef loaf 1
  Meat loaf 1
  Cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roast beef 1
  Corned beef 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place whole or halved meat slices on tray in an attractive arrangement (flat, folded or rolled slices).
Or, form cornucopia shapes and fill with potato salad or cottage cheese
Garnishes of parsley radishes, olives, tomato wedges, pickles and/or pickled fruits may be used.
The charcoal flavor does wonderful things to salmon and the dill marinade is the perfect complement.
