Grilled Chops

Grilled Chops rubbed with salt, pepper and patted with Parsley Butter are a great way for me to spend a lazy afternoon! Try the Grilled Chops yourself ! Feel free to comment here!
Ingredients
  Rib chops 8 , cut 3/4-inch thick
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim chops of excess fat.
Heat grill until red hot and place chops on oiled rack 2-inches below the heat.
Grill 1 minute on each side, then a further 5-7 minutes on each side, turning with tongs or two spoons.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with a pat of Parsley Butter on each chop for added flavor.
