Want to make you kids a healthy and hassle free lunch? Try these delicious turkey burgers, mixed with greens and low fat cheese. These simple yet healthy turkey burgers are served between whole grain wheat bread with a salad. What a healthy and simple lunch idea for kids!
Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mixed herbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix all the burger ingredients together in a bowl.
Shape into burgers by hand.
Grill or broil the burgers.
Serve between slices of whole grain wheat bread.
Serve with a side of salad or baked potato seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
