Oven-Fried Frog Legs
|Frog legs||2 Pound|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Saltine cracker crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Thaw frozen frog legs.
Secure frog legs at joints with string.
Brush with melted butter or margarine; then roll in cracker crumbs.* Place in single layer on well-greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375Â° till done, about 1 hour.
Do not turn.
Remove strings and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
