Oven-Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients
  Frog legs 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Saltine cracker crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Thaw frozen frog legs.
Secure frog legs at joints with string.
Brush with melted butter or margarine; then roll in cracker crumbs.* Place in single layer on well-greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till done, about 1 hour.
Do not turn.
Remove strings and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

Can I still use this recipe without the cracker crumbs? All I want is buttered frog legs but I dont know how long to cook them.
