Turkey Tomato Cups

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Small
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
Directions

Toss the avocado in lemon juice.
Add the next 6 ingredients, and mix well.
With stem end up, cut each tomato into 4 wedges, cutting to, but not through, base of tomato.
Spread wedges slightly apart.
Spoon turkey filling into shells.
