|Turkey broth||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (chicken or beef broth can be substituted for other recipes)|
|Salt & pepper||To Taste|
1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter in it.
2. Drop flour, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Gradually pour turkey broth in the skillet. Whisk constantly to avoid lumps.
4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve turkey gravy with mashed potato.
