Luncheon Meat Barbecue

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 1 Ounce, can
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned luncheon meat 12 Ounce
  Peaches 1 Pound, sliced
Directions

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mus- tard, onion flakes and chili powder in skillet; simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut luncheon meat into 9 slices, cut- ting almost through to bottom of loaf.
Place 1 peach slice into each cut.
Place meat in tomato sauce; add remaining peaches.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes; baste meat occasionally.
