MAKING
1) Take out the sausage meat from the casing and add it to the ground beef
2) Mix the ground meat well
3) To the meat add the red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt and mix it in all well
4) Shape the meat into meatballs
5) Place the meatballs onto the hot grill
6) Grill them for an hour till done with the lid of the grill covered
7) Meanwhile the gravy can me made, in a pot dab in some butter
8) To that add the flour
9) Cook the flour and butter together
10) Add in some steak seasoning to the flour and butter
11) Add the coffee, and then the beef broth and mix well
12) Bring the gravy to simmer lightly
13) Meanwhile check on the meatballs, once done take them off the grill
14) Place the meatballs on a large plate and ladle the gravy over

SERVING
15) Serve the meatballs hot with some rice and salad
